I can't create admin during the installation

possible issues: make sure that .haccess file is there in the root
best is to upload the zip to server and extract it there, delete old files
delete previous database and create new one to start fresh installation

Hello there. I can't get past the 3rd step in the installation. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the database many times, but it still doesn't work.

Not at work, same problem. In the third step, creating the admin, nothing happens.

I work with a server which I administer with Plesk.
