3 new categories of applications.

It makes sense to add a few new categories for applications.
1) - payout gateways - an analogy with payment gateways. This is paymentrails.com, payoneer.com, paypal business payout, transferwise payout, etc. (this is relevant for automatic payroll and referral fees)
2) Referrals or affiliates. To integrate with these platforms (e.g. postaffiliatepro.com)
3) Todo applications (internal)
