Use case:
I am a accountant/bookkeeper. I purchase the Double Entry app. Now I can do double entry bookkeeping, as well as manage the financials of an unlimited number of clients. That's great but do my clients also then need to purchase the Double Entry app simply because I have it (even though they won't be doing any of the bookkeeping)?
Or would it be only me that can use the Double Entry features while they would be able to use only the core features? For example, I would be able to make a journal entry & produce a balance sheet while they would not (unless, of course, they also purchased the DE app); the journal entry is there in the database and I can see it but they couldn't?
Hello,
Your clients don't need to purchase the Double-Entry app. However, if you want, you hide such features from them through the permissions page.
