App payment fails

Hi,

I am trying to purchase the double entry app but my payment process appears to be stuck.
Whenever I try to pay the payment form ends up loading for a long time and then it just opens the new card form without further notice.

I am using the cloud version of akaunting and firefox as my browser.

Error message is:
