Developing internal use apps on the akaunting cloud

Hi, is it possible to develop an in house apps without having to go through approval as akaunting developer? Reason being:
1. I've been submitting request as developer, akaunting never got back with approval / rejection update.
2. I need to develop an internal use apps (not to be published on the apps store) and i need to do quick
3. I need to use existing akaunting.com server, since I dont have a server of my own.

Please help, your direction will be highly appreciated.
