Invalid bank merchant category during app purchase

Hi


I'm trying to buy the Double-Entry app. After confirming the card details I get the error "543335: Invalid bank merchant category". The number is the BIN for my bank.


Hopefully you have something more verbose in your logs to explain why the purchase failed.

Tried a personal credit card from a different provider. Success:-)

Hello Gavin,


Glad to see it worked now. Could you please send us (support[at]akaunting[dot]com) the name of the provider that failed so we could send it to our payment gateway and try to make it possible in the future?

I just tried to buy double entry app and payment failed. error message email is invalid. I used 2 different cards but payment failed. i always make international payments with my card. there is something wrong with your gateway.
