Moving from Wave Apps, Importing nothing works

Hi, I have the latest self hosted version of Akaunting 3.1.14

I am trying to import Products, customers and vendors from a XLSX file but it is not working. I have downloaded the template given and tried that and it still does not upload, even if I try and upload the template without any changes it does not upload.

I have also tried to use the wave app but on my self hosted dashboard there is no wave app, on searching I can only see FLutterwave

Is this a known problem, can someone help me diagnose why it is not working

Our Cloud users are able to complete these import/export processes correctly. As far as I understand, you are trying this process on the on-premise version.

Akaunting should be freezing the error you get when trying to import, you can see the cause of the error by looking at it. If not, you should make sure that APP_DEBUG=true in the env file.
