Payment failure

I'm trying to purchase one of the apps and I have used two credit cards both of which failed. One indicated "insufficient funds" which I know is not correct. The card vendor did ask if I was aware of the transaction. When I used my other card I received "Operation Not Approved" and my bank asked me if I was aware of the transaction and I indicated I was. I tried again but it failed again.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your feedback. You can ask your bank to open your second card to international payment which gave an "operation not approved" warning.
