"Php 7.2.5 or higher required " when installing module

Hi,

We are using regular hosting, running on php 7.4.
When we try to install modules (apps) we get "Php 7.2.5 or higher required " -> an error that should not be there, since we have all needed when it comes to php.

Any suggestion of how to solve this issue ?
