Project Status Customization

We are using Project App but there are only 3 options of project status like: In Progess, Completed & Canceled. May we add any option of it or customize the status options?

Right now, the Project app does not support custom project statuses. You are limited to In Progress, Completed, and Canceled. If you need more statuses, the only options are custom development or requesting it as a feature in the Ideas section.
