I installed in my cloud...but its not coming..
pls guide

Could you please provide more detail as to what you have done thus far:
1. Hosting: where or what type?
2. Any error messages you received while installing.
3. What shows up on your browser when you access the Akaunting login page?

Does your account at akaunting.com/dashboard show your new app as purchased? If not, you will need assistance from Akaunting.

If the purchased app does show up as being purchased, then double check your installation of Akaunting on your cloud server to see if the API Key is properly configured: log into Akaunting on your server, click Apps icon on left column, verify API key is the same as it appears on your akaunting.com/dashboard (appears at the top of the dashboard).

That happens due to the PHP CLI set lower than the 7.2 version. Generally, in shared hosting with cPanel, Plesk, etc. panels where they offer Multi-PHP versions but set the lowest one for CLI, mostly 5.x version.

So please, ask your hosting provider to set the PHP CLI version 7.2 or higher.

Hello, I user akaunting ver 2.0.26, my php cli version is 7.2.24 but the widget didn't count any data from invoice or bills.
