Twilio Question

In order for Twilio to work with akaunting does anybody know if sms messages are sent out based on the akaunting corncob??

In my case akaunting is hosted on a shared server and the invoicing part of the crown job does not work so I am concerned Twilio messaging will not work either for invoice creation, invoice reminders and invoice overdue notifications.

Is there a way to contact the developer of the Twilio app?

Thank you for your feedback. Actually, some notification outgoing states are triggered by a cronjob. Some are triggered when the user performs an action. So it can be in both cases.
