When we try to migrate the data from wave to Akaunting through wave app, an error page shows up instead. It's a recurring problem. We therefore can't insert our auth credentials. What can we do?

I seem to have a similar problem, although I don't even get an error message.
When using the Akaunting/Settings/Wave option it just comes up with:
By default, Akaunting ships with single-entry accounting features. However, after authentication, you will get 1 year free of usage of the Double-Entry app.
and a blanked out out 'Business Name' box that you can't edit and a 'Auth' button that clicking has no effect.
I assumed that I'd need to enter the Wave Client ID/Secret on this page to allow authorisation, but there is no ability to do so?
Am I missing something here (note this is on the Cloud version rather than self hosted)?
