WooCommerce app + PayPal Sync app

I've just got Akaunting up and running on my server and want to add some integrations. On my website I use Woocommerce and accept payments through paypal.

Do the WooCommerce and PayPal Sync apps work together or will I end up with duplicate entries? How do the apps handle refunds?
