Zoho Migration - Invoice Sync Issue

I am using Zoho now. I want to migrate to Akaunting. I have already sent several emails with Akaunting team but no solution is been found. If anyone can help me with the issue its very very helpful.

When I am trying to sync Invoice & Bill its not happening. Other all working.
