Do we have app for running ads / services

Hello,
I need app for running ads and services for 1, 2, 3, 6, 12, ... weeks/months. I need start date and end date for the services and price accordingly. When customers use that services, or use adds on newspaper for that period. I need overview of services used by clients and notifications for expiring the ads/services for the clients/customers.
Do we have such app or how can we manage such business? or Do we need to build new app for this? I will appreciate for the suggestion.
