French regulatory compliance

First of all, congratulations for the great job done with akaunting!
Since a few year, the french fiscal administration requires financial products to be able to export accounting data to a specific format called "FEC". It is used for fiscal controls and is mandatory, otherwise suject to huge fines. It has also become a "standard" file format for file exchange between financial software.

Could an app generating this file (or maybe an extension to the double entry app) be done?
