Akaunting future version can upgrade without the loss data?

Hello,
I want to integrate Akaunting to my custom cart system in PHP. But before i want to know, in future latest version will comes in market. At that time update can loss custom added fields at modal? for example New Invoice(/incomes/invoices/create) and  Banking (/banking/accounts/create)

You should not change the core but create modules, see the docs.
