it seems this font DejaVuSans used to render the final result for the sales invoice PDF printing however this font type doesn't support Arabic printing when you view the PDF you will see the PDF file have Arabic characters but it's not showing the words correctly

please see this video usually, i changed the user language from English to Arabic and the font using in PDF printing it's not support Arabic language 100% .
for example
Invoice means in Arabic فاتوره
but the PDF shows
