How to allot commission to vendors and customers?

We have a travel agency company. In our back office operations, there is a point where we need to give commission to a person or an employee of a company, who lands his company or an institution as our client. In such case how can we do that? Please, can someone spare some time to shed some light. Thanks a lot for your time!

Hello,

Thanks for the revert, but what I meant here is, I need to add the commission data not for the employees of my own company, but for the employee of other company. Let say, a company named "Alphacama", need to send their team to the USA, they ask quotations from several travel agencies, lets say 5 companies have quoted for the same, including us. An employee from "Alphacam" and our company comes to an agreement under the table, to direct us all the tickets, and for which we agreed to pay a sum of fixed amount to the employee. What can be done in such situation?
