I get access denied when try logging into the system please help

They are unable to log a ticket as well
Hi Ilze,
Access deny issues may be related to the firewall. If you are a cloud user your access will be coming back within 3-4 hours.
If you are using the Akaunting Self-hosted the first solution is that you should you to your database and then you should delete your IPs inside the following path
{YOUR_DB_PREFIX}_firewall_ips
{YOUR_DB_PREFIX}_firewall_logs
The second solution is that you can disable the firewall inside the ".env" file by making the following like that 'FIREWALL_ENABLED=false'
