Add anything is removed e.g item, vendor, customers...

The + sign at the top to add a bill, vendor, bill, payment, customer, invoice, Revenue is disappeared of all sudden. It is disappeared even from all of the above pages. How can we bring it back? But in my localhost, it is all there. there is also nothing on the role under create.

This problem is solved. Someone from company mistakenly deleted the permissions in bulk, which was all related to create. I copied all permissions from localhost and updated on live database.
