Bug with currency Cpanel

Hello
When i put my own server with cPanel i have two bugs!
First my currency rate are with many number 1.00000000 Why?
Second when i upload file i dont see him.
Please help me

What is your PHP version? PHP 7.2 and upper is recommended.
