Hello I updated the software and now I am getting errors that I have too many companies. I only have 1 company...
Action Required
You have reached the maximum number of companies allowed for your plan. You can delete the unused ones or click here to review the plans and upgrade.
I've upgraded my plan, get the new plan.
Hello,
This error warning message appears when you reach your on-premise limits. As the message clearly states, you have exceeded your company limit, which is why you are receiving this warning.
If you have upgraded to a plan appropriate for your number of companies, please ensure that you have entered the API key for your on-premise plan account for all your companies.
I only have 1 company.... is the limit zero?
I am sharing the on-premise plan page with you, as well as the page where you can find the API key you need to enter.
The limits are clearly stated on the page!

I guess I do not understand. It says 1 company... I only have 1 company. In the app only lists 1 company. The error says I have more than what is allowed on my plan....
Well still have 1 company and still the same error too many companies...
I have the same issue. Just installed the software on my server, and when I want to add any invoice, I get redirected to the company page saying that I have reached the company limit. I only have one and am not trying to create another one
I think I have figured it out... let me play with it the next few days.
valentin were you able to get anything figured out?
Ok every time my docker updates it adds a new line in the database for a company and user, probably more but I am not a developer. I have Maria database that this is attached to. Using adminer docker I can go in and edit the database. after I remove the BLANK companies and users I gain the functionality back with akaunting. So now any time I am messing with the docker I first create a backup of the database. after the update or anything I am doing I can reload the backup. this is a stupid workaround but it works.
