can't create new users or roles

hello,

i have been using akaunting for 3 months or so on the cloud (so im on the latest version)
and its a great app,
but recently started to grow the business and i want to give access to my secretary
but can't manage to create a new user went multiple times to the users section
and it just won't let me create them it lets me fill all the information (name, email etc)
but when it comes to password i fill it press save and it just clears this field and no new users are created

also created a few roles but cant seem to be able to apply them to this new users
while im trying to create them unsuccessfully

if anyone knows anything i can do im getting slightly desperate here
