Can't Login using new user

Hi, I'm a new user of your software.

I can't login using my Admin user email.

It says "Invalid login or password" and when I tried to reset password, it says no user with that email address.

In fact I've created user with that email address.

Any solution?

Make sure that the role of that use has Read Admin Panel permission assigned.

I've assigned read admin panel but I still can't log into the new account.

Any other idea?

how do I share company link for new users to login as they cannot login directly on akaunting.com
