Can't Save Bank Transfer Transaction

Hi, I'm unable To Save Bank Transfer Transaction (From Account A to B).
Wen I click Save , It keep running & runnning only. PLs advise

Im using Version 2.0.16

I'm not able to reproduce such an issue. You can check the logs under the following folder:

storage/logs

Only this i found.

Any have same issue? Already reinstall tp another domain, still fail.
Im using Softaculous For installation to web server
