Custom tables/fields. Connecting to another system

1. Our niche has the need to designate our customers in 3 ways (reference tables), and to have a bunch of custom fields (around 5). How would we go about setting this up, and how much work might this be?

2. We want to either directly connect, or connect with some sort of API Akaunting with 2 other systems. The key linking point being the customer table(s). Ideally we would not want to keep "mirrors" of the customer table(s) in these systems. The goal is to "pull" customer data for display/validation purposes and to "push" into Akaunting draft invoices.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. About your first question, you can use the Custom Fields App for your request. Please check the App from the following link. Also if you have more questions about the App I will be happy to assist.

About your second question, if you create that topic from the following link it will be better. Also, you can write this at Upwork, Freelancer, etc sites.

I was aware of the app, but it isn't quite what we need - custom tables are in play as well. That does not seem to be covered by the app. Hence the interest in level of difficulty in coding that sort of thing.

I guess I was remiss in mentioning that we've not had a good experience with such as upwork and freelancer. The reason, the lack of context knowledge that is required to make things actually work, even a little. We are, for a niche, very niche.

That sounds helpful. I will try and get a pictorial view of what we are looking at together. Probably better than being submerged in text.

How would I contact you?
