Deleted Database

I havent opened akauting soft since last week. Today when i tried to enter in my account and try to choose my enterprice where I had all my numbers since february 2019, it was blank, absolutely blank, no customers, no payments, no sales, no nothing.. Anyone can help me? Do I have to send a mail to somewhere or make a ticket?

Well I think its a google chrome problem. I access my account using Mozila Firefox and there they are. All my info is there. I don´t know what happened. If I try to enter using chrome app from my mobile and it´s the same. No data.
