Don't work to save and then Access denied

But today I have the same problem - I can't save an invoice - I put the button 'save' but after one hour nothing changed...only three white points on the green button.

Hi Ivonne,

I tried to reproduce the issue both on Localhost and Cloud and could not get any problem. I see that you are using the Akaunting on the cloud and we also tried to catch the error on the bug tracking system to share it with our developer team and got none.

Could you please try to create those invoices in a freshly installed company again and let me know if you encounter the same issue?

what exactly do you know with a freshly installed company? The video from the invoice is from an active account - with this company I do my bookkeeping. This video was very fresh from the morning today.

Hi Ivonne,

I wanted you to try on a new company just to see if any other data or anything affecting your case. Because as I mentioned we could not see any issues in any platform to mention to the developer team.

Hi Melda, I'm having the exact same issue as Ivonne... When I click the save button on the email settings page, the button remains in loading state and nothing is saved.

In the developer console I can see that the POST request to the /settings/email endpoint returns an error "Access Denied" (status code 403). I already tried to add all the avalaible permissions to my user. I even try to create a new role with all the permissions and assign it to my user, however I always got the same result.

Hi Melda, would just like to raise the same issue above. When saving the updated templates, it just loads for a long time and if you refresh the browser, it will show "Access Denied". Please check this issue. I'm also using the cloud version of Akaunting.
