Email Not Sending - Access Denied

Hi,

Since last night I haven't been able to send any invoices via email. Usually the page refreshes itself and notifies me that the email has been sent. Instead, it has just been triggering the green send button and then returning to it's unclicked state.

Sometimes Akaunting has been locking me ut by saying "Access Denied" but then allows me to login 10 minutes later.

This was all working fine before yesterday, Feeling a bit desperate at the moment as I don't know what could have changed or what the fix could be.

Good day,

i am experiencing the same issue. I have created a new on prem installation to rule out the possibility of a currupt install. however I am still unable to send emails on all my installations. I am using version 3.1.9. I confirm that my SMTP settings are correct.

Kindly assist
