ERROR - Action Required Not able to create a new user.

Hi,

I am using Akaunting Version 3.1.8 (self-hosted) and I am not able to create any invoices, bills etc as it always redirects to the Users page with the message 'Action Required. Not able to create a new user.'.

I have also checked the log and not sure if its related but here are the recent Production Errors from the logs below.
[2024-06-12 16:37:08] production.ERROR: Attempted to lazy load [tax] on model [App\Models\Common\ItemTax]. {"userId":1,"exception":"[object] (Exception(code: 0): Attempted to lazy load [tax] on model [App\\Models\\Common\\ItemTax]

Any help would be appreciated.

The problem has been fixed. Please log out and log in again. If you are still receiving this warning. Please clean the laravel cache and try again.

I have the exact same problem. but im running the application in a docker container. How can i solve this.
