Error while adding Vendor - "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." - Forum

I have created new company on my local installation of Akounting. When I am trying to add a vendor it is giving me error. On console it is showing error -

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)".

and on page it is showing error as

"Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

make sure that you have the all icons or picture updated
