How to add a link in the note section

I'd like to be able to put a link in the invoice or the estimate. For example in the note section. So the receiver can click the link.
It seems that the HTML tags are stripped and no other markup language is supported.
Did anybody succeed to insert a clickable link, other than just plain text?

Thank you Melda for your answer. It will be nice to support some basic markup language hyperlink in the note textarea.

hi if you type the link in eg email address or website the receiver can copy and paste the link to where they need it. you can put a note "please copy and paste to go to our website" or similar

@Dotty, yes you are right. But it is not elegant :-)
