How to remove tax option from Invoice

Dear Contributor,

                       I want to remove tax option from invoice because when i tried to add a item from mobile phone then tax option being large than item name.

I no longer need tax option in invoice section.

Is there any option to increase item field width by css ?

I would like to sugest we alow people to disable tax option since not all countries have taxes its a nucance and not needed... (feature request)
