invoice item with zero value

when trying to add  new item with ZERO price, the whole invoice total went zero even when there is items with mount  The zero price is mean free item or some times incloded under other.  7 monthes ago in the forum you said it is bug, i think this is too much for major issue like this.

same issue, initially it will show me the correct amount then go back to zero

the value of the item is going to 0 in the invoice. why is this?

Yes, unfortunately, that's why I haven't bought any apps. The support is poor, so I lack confidence in purchasing any app. Currently, I'm using the free version. If the support were good for this type of inquiry, I would definitely buy 2 or 3 apps without hesitation.

I can't handle credit note, easily, I could buy the app but for but I don't have the budget. In the meanwhile I could find a solution by adding a quota with 0$ (or €) of value, but as the solution isn't reachable. When I see this post is old of 3 years, I won't even consider buying the credit note app, and when I will have the budget, I'll opt for a SaaS solution with a basic subscription.
