link existing user to company

I want to link an existing user to the company. However, system is complaining that the user with email... already exists. I want to prevent having to have multiple accounts per user.

What do I do wrong?

Unfortunately, that's not possible directly on cloud service but we're working hard to make it available asap. In the meantime, you can send your company id through the contact form and we'll that manually for you:

Any updates on this feature? I am also trying to add one of my employees to a company I created . I also use the cloud version.
