Locked out after trial ended – need to export data

**Title: Locked out after trial ended – need to export my accounting data**

Hello Akaunting team,

My Akaunting trial/free access has ended, and I am currently unable to access my account and the accounting data stored in it.

I need to retrieve/export my data before deciding whether to continue with a paid plan.

Could you please help me with one of the following options?

1. Temporarily restore read-only access to my account so I can export my data myself; or
2. Provide an export/backup of my accounting data to me directly.

I am happy to verify ownership of the account privately. My registered email address is available if needed, but I would prefer not to post it publicly on the forum.

This data is important to me, and I would really appreciate your help in recovering/exporting it.
