Logo is not Uploading

Hello somebody can help me please? I am trying to upload my company logo but is not uploading

i was installing throug softacolous directly on my hosting services and everything it's working fin wit a exception of this issue.

Although I did do a manual reinstall of the system. The logo is not saved.

Is there a requirement to how large the logo should be in pixel size?
I attempted a 400x400px logo image but it is not accepted.
