Loss Access to my Businesses

I am a free user who uses the basic functions for my small businesses. I understand I'm not paying but any help is greatly appreciated as I am at loss now and have no chat support to turn to.

I updated my email address earlier and came across some troubles with the user role. I updated to my new email address as it still reflect my old email. After that, I have lost all access to my businesses. I can still log in with my new email, and can go to the initial dashboard, but when I try to log into the individual businesses, I get a message that says "403 Forbidden Oops! Access Forbidden".

I have tried to change my login email back to my old email and I still cannot access my businesses. Please help as all my accounting are inside this system.
