Sample file - bank reconciliation

I'm trying to download the sample file to do a manual import of bank transaction, but it's not possible to download the file. I click the download button, but no files are downloading. Tried on Firefox, Chrome and chrome on mobile. Can anybody help?

Importing reconciliations is not possible so that that button will be removed.

No, it's impossible to import reconciliations.

I'm sorry, are you removing the possibility to import bank transactions? so if our bank doesn't allow for us to use your bank feed, we need to manually put in each transaction one by one....

Not transaction, reconciliation import will be removed.
