Switch from Wave

Cloud version - I try to migrate from Wave and the Switch app just keep looping to authorize wave and the import screen. It suggested I create a new company and that didn't work. Help???

Well, this tells a real story. You can’t get support unless you buy something. I started a trial and it doesn’t work. I tried to get Support. It says go to The forum. Go to the forms and there’s no active support

It looks like if I can’t set this up then why would I buy it?
