TAX RATE INPUT ERROR

Hi, I'm relatively new to using Akaunting. However... I am trying to save a new tax rate and it is not allowing me to save it. I've tried under the bill itself, and under settings. When trying to save under settings, I get the error "undefined variable account." Has anyone else run into this issue?
