Unable to import revenue file

I have searched the forum but unable to find the same issue. I tried to import revenue file but unable to upload the file. I am using Edge and Firefox, both unable to detect the file for upload. Each time i select the file to upload, it doesn't detect. please advice.

What error do you get instead?

No error, it just doesn't detect the upload.

tried drag drop the file as well, doesn't work too.
