User roles & permissions not available?

The documenations shows that there are supposed to be "Roles" and "Permissions" sections, but I only see "Users". I want to be able to give someone read-only access to the company, how do I accomplish that?

CAn you send a screenshot when you click at the right top where it says USERS? There should be 2 links that says ROLES and PERMISSIONS.

Do you have any other users with ADMIN roles or permission? It seems that user you are logged in doesnt have enough permissions to access the ROLES and PERMISSIONS module.

No, I'm the only user. This is at app.akaunting.com

If you agree, you can give me your credentials so I can check, and you can update your user and password later.

I was using my local copy of Akaunting and everything its working fine, I just logged in to app.akaunting.com and I have the same issue, it seems to be a bug. I created a new user and still doesnt have access to ROLES and PERMISSIONS.


We hope Akaunting team fix this issue, because we dont have access to the cloud database of akaunting.

Yeah, I figured it was the issue with the cloud instance of Akaunting.

Roles page is now available on Cloud service.
