CC on outgoing invoice from program

Hi,
I would like a checkbox and an e-mailfield to fill out in e-mail settings. The purpose is to be able for the owner of the company to see a copy of sendt invoices and confirm that is is sent. Right now one of the owners is afraid the invoices is not sent, and are sending them manually as a pdf as well to be sure.
