Link Payments to a Bill

Ability to Edit the Payments added to a Bill OR the ability to assosiate an existing payment with a Bill. The reason is that the current Bill Payment form do not allow all the fields a normal payment support especially the ability to attach a file which is usefull to record proof of payment statements.

Edit the payment added to a bill/invoice and the ability to attach a file to the payment seems fair enough.
