Please for additional core fields

it would be good if you still had "salutation", "firstname", "street", "zip" and "city" as fields.

I've just had a call from unhappy customer
Says is impersonal to send him invoice with 'dear whole name',

Whereas normally I would write Dear Geoff

Firstname please

I have a workaround of just putting their first name in the customer name
