Attachments for Bills and Transaction

Hi, I recently updated to the latest version and I noticed that I could no longer download my attachments. I have self-hosted version with a mariadb instance. When I clicked on the attachment, it would just not retrieve and went to blank screen. I had to reupload 3 months worth of attachment. I was luck that I had these saved. However, I am curious. Is there a way to download the attachments from the DB directly? Because I could see the attachments in the media table but it just didn't download from the web interface.

Hello all, for me it is the same issue (running 3.1.8 at the moment).
Is there any solution for that? Could be related to the update version change?
