Getting while updating to 1.1.13 to 1.1.15

I am getting a error while updating akaunting to 1.1.15. But an error is occured and saying 


Whoops, looks like something went wrong.


After reading some forum discussion i turn on the debug log. And the error is - 


"(1/1) ConnectException


cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30000 milliseconds with 62354747520188416 out of 117344845898448896 bytes received (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)"


 


I thought it was error with php.ini configuration and i changed max_execution_time from 30 to 300000. But nothing changed still the same error. What should I do? How could I solve this problem?

 It seems your hosting doesn't allow you to download a remote file. I would suggest contacting your hosting company.

I'm in localhost, so there souldn't be any problem.
